Breathe Green offers inspections in the Knox Metro area at a minimal cost of $30.00.  This inspection fee is applicable toward any other services that Breathe Green offers.  The inspection procedure will begin with information gathering.  Homeowners or building owners will be asked a series of questions beginning with the particular problem that they called about and followed by a series of questions about the structure and the owner's knowledge of it's history.  The next step will be to investigate the areas of concern and document the findings.  And finally, the last step is to check some common areas in which we often find problems that the owner may not even be aware might be a problem area.

After a thorough inspection the findings will be discussed.  No need to break out the pen and paper.  A full written report will be produced and sent back to you within 48 hours.

Many times these inspections turn into a consulting session on what needs to be done and whether it is necessary to use professional help or whether the problem is something the owner can handle on their own by following our advice.  In this case the $30.00 inspection fee will be all that is paid.
